Kevin Grice is a retired barrister and part-time judge. He is now extensively involved in local history and archaeology in Cumbria and North Lancashire, undertaking research projects for Morecambe Bay Partnership, the National Trust and the Lake District National Park Authority, for whom he is a Volunteer Archaeology Supervisor. He is also Secretary of Kendal Historical & Archaeological Society and a member of the Council of the Cumberland & Westmorland Antiquarian & Archaeological Society.
